Meeker House

This is the neighbor to the Showcase Art Center, the Meeker house. It was built by the founder of Greeley, Nathan Meeker 200 years ago. Nathan took the advise of Horace Greeley to "go west young man" to start a utopian society based on temperance, art, and community. We have been painting May flowers and I was ready to add them to a local scene. For June we will celebrate the towns we live in.
