Cold Country

"Cold Country" watercolor value study by Colette Pitcher

Three new videos up on www.Showcaseartcenter.com making 350 different lessons on the video class page (subscription $10 for unlimited views). One video is "Watercolor Block" and demonstrates using a block of paper and removing a finished page. Video 2 is "Planning Cold Country" and shows the process of looking at a photo taken on my way to work and making a thumbnail value study to plan a composition. The third video is "Cold Country", the first 28 minutes of the painting above. It is a plan to make the final painting with the Tuesday and Wednesday class (classes $25/month) at 2:00-4:00 PM. Other classes this week:

• Monday Oil and Acrylic 2:00-4:00 PM

• Tuesday Morning 10:00-noon

• Wednesday 10:00-noon
